Super Salad

This Super Salad is a salad of a lot of nutrients that your body needs. Like
Protein, fiber and vitamins.

Vitamins in each food:
dates  (B1,2,3,5, 6, and 9)
broccoli (A, B5, 6, 9, C and K)
cheese(D,K,12,9,2,A)
mushrooms(2,5,D)
kale (A, B6, C, K)
spinach (A, B9, K)
honey -just a sweetener
grapes (B1, B2, B6, K)
raisons 
almonds (B2, E)
