Summery Soup

Put in as much of all the ingredients as you want.

Fill bowl half way with water.
Put in broccoli.
Then put in flour. Stir. Then remove all the flour blobs out of the bowl.
And then add the sugar.
And then if you have mortar and pestle grind up any kind of chip or if you don't have a mortar and pestle you can use your blender. But mortar and pestle is better for this job.
After you put in the grinded up chips. Stir to make the chips go all around the bowl.
Add 1/2 a gallon of sesame seed oil. Mix until spread around the bowl. Do not mix until oil combines because it will not combine and you will be stirring for your whole life.

End of recipe here.

In a few hours your family is going to have Summery Soup.

BROCCOLI -Super food

When I eat it I'm muscled up and as strong as Superman. As strong as all the superheros in the universe put together!!!!

I love the taste of raw broccoli. I don't like the taste of cooked broccoli.

Have you always like broccoli?
NO!

What changed?
Well one day which was a few days ago I ate some and found out it was a super food and did this to me. Now this seems like a mutant power.

Will you eat raw broccoli if put into your lunch box?
Yes.

Black Bean Quesadilla

TODAY'S NEW FOOD: salsa
My mom gave me some medium salsa to dip the quesadilla into but it was tooooo spicy. But I am a kid and I don't have an interest for spicy things.

------------
It was great. Quesadilla.

One flour tortilla. Fold it in half. Open. Put grated cheese on one half. I used white cheddar. Smear the cheese around in an even layer. Put on some whole black beans. Not too many. I used about 20 beans. Fold top of tortilla over cheese and beans.

Heat a pan on the stove. I turned the heat to number 4 on my electric stove. Put a little oil or butter in the pan. Cook the folded quesadilla for about 2 minutes on each side or until cheese is melted and tortilla is slightly brown.

I made the quesadilla by myself with the tiniest bit of help from my mommy. (Mommy grated the cheese and stood by the stove.)

Take off stove and let it cool for a minute. I used tongs and a pancake flipper. Slice and let cool some more. It is really hot at first!

**Your mom might try to eat your quesadilla. If that happens eat under the table. Your mom won't go under the table.

Happy Birthday Daddy!

This is a 3 dimensional cake of Yosemite.

Blueberry river, broccoli trees, chocolate cake mountains, Lego people, dog, candy rocks, candles, green bean and apple slice too.

This was really fun to make. My dad looooooved it.

We ate it at a picnic in the park with school friends.
